Upgrade Services:
On-Site Support provides a TabWare Professional Services Database Administrator at your site to provide hands-on assistance with the enhancement upgrade. The TabWare DBA will install, configure, and troubleshoot TabWare 5.1 so that the upgrade is up and running as soon as possible. All TabWare DBA’s have a strong working knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PC hardware, and networking technologies. They assist clients in identifying hardware and software requirements for the upgrade and oversee advanced planning to ensure that the installation process proceeds smoothly and efficiently. Take advantage of us! Additional technical services such as database tuning, administrative training for your DBA on the TabWare database and assistance with SQL scripts can also be provided during the on-site time.

Upgrade services for custom programs and interfaces
TabWare™ Professional Service Specialists are available to provide analytical and programming resources to update any custom programs and/or interfaces or write new programs to assist with a client’s upgrade. Estimates for the cost of the service can be provided at the client’s request. Please allow sufficient time for the programming changes to be done when planning your upgrade schedule.
